low pay, little training with high expectations. zero positive feedback. in fact, this company and it's managers thrive on placing blame on someone without finding out the circumstances first. the owner likes to micro manage everything even though he says he doesn't want to. no one works together, it's everyone for themselves. there are many things this company needs to fix but it will never happen unless there is new ownership or they hire a GM who can make decisions, but that will never happen. plenty of money is wasted on needless things, new lines that just overlap other lines. too much overhead. OT is spent for no reason because there are no set hours of operation. high overhead, over spending on OT will only hurt this company. it's not necessarily growing, they are just inept on how to run it efficiently.
