      The people were nice and the company had an unlimited PTO policy.

      Cons

      I think it’s safe to say that the company is going under. There were layoffs and the strategy changed multiple times in a short period.

      Flexible work-life balance (especially during pandemic)

      Cons

      Never earned a dollar in the years I was there. Never launched a product someone could buy. Was kinda missing the main part of what makes a successful startup.
