      Pros

      FP Transitions has been around for over 20 years and has very low team member turn over. The team and culture is very progressive, innovative, collaborative, and flexible. They offer competitive benefit packages including: 401k matching, health insurance coverage, bonuses, fully stocked fridge and pantry, catered lunches every Friday, multiple employee and family oriented events every year, and more. FP Transitions invests in the professional development of their team members and offers flexible/accommodating work schedules.

      Cons

      There is a lot of growth, fun, and momentum at this company and it is easy for some team members to ride the efforts of other and abuse the culture/lack of micro-management.

      Everyone there is super friendly. Everyone has done a significant part in making it a welcoming environment and a place to truly learn the business model and how to serve clients.

      Pros

      Most of the people are nice and do their jobs competently.

      Cons

      They're trying to be a serious company but fall short in many ways. They implemented a joke of a bonus system, then increased the goal so no one could get a bonus. They're obsessed with integrating AI but they don't really know why or what they'll use it for. A lot of seat fillers who push papers and send emails to each other and are called "program leads" or some other nonsense. Lots of siblings, children of higher-ups working there. The CEO's child works there as does the CFO's wife.
