Pros

The residents are their greatest asset. Not many pros for FPI to brag about.

Cons

They only promote and support the young and inexperienced staff. Most staff reflect the barbie doll image. HR has allowed inappropriate staff behavior and do not follow up on grievances, preferring to fire those that do complain about their work environment. There are numerous pending lawsuits or complaints regarding fair housing practices when advertising pricing and amenities. Community Directors are allowed to pick and choose residents, based on whether they like the resident. Training is online and no personal teachings outside the office. Pay is horrible.

Free base insurance, supportive team, monthly safety meetings and lunch, PTO accrual rates,

Raise and housing is determined by ownership which can be hard to advocate for for yourself
