Pros

Casual dress. Work from home 1-2 days a week. Competitive pay.

Cons

Unbearable workload with zero support. When you're busy, you're expected to put in 12-13 hour days. Upper management will backstab you and then turn around and be your best friend to your face. The highest turnover rate I've ever seen. Zero diversity. Zero work/life balance.

Pros

Casual dress office is nice. The pay is very competitive

Cons

FPL likes to talk a big game about supporting employees and work life balance but it really depends on which business line you are in. If you are going into the high turnover consulting side of things know that you are a piece of meat headed for the grinder. the directors and above do not care about the associate roles and will use you for what they need then spit you out once they are done with you. There is ZERO training, it is all sink or swim, and most everyone sinks. The big issue is that with little oversight directors are allowed to run their business lines how they want, and if you get the bespectacled sociopath as your director you will hate your life and the job until you leave.
