My experience with FR Conversions has been marred by the company's racist practices and devaluation of its diverse employees. The management prioritizes their own gains over creating a positive work environment, resulting in subpar compensation and poor treatment of employees. I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking a workplace that values equality and fairness.
