The people were kind and the pay was fair.

It didn't quite work out, which was a bummer.

* exciting product with lots of challenges - there's plenty of room for the business to grow, and we already have great partnerships with more established companies * professional growth - there's lots of room to grow your career. if you have an idea, you can put it into action. * great location - 1 block from the 12th St Oakland BART * great work/life balance - A few people on leadership have kids, so there's a precedent that your personal life is a priority.

The team is not super close socially-- we have a diverse group of people in many senses of the word, and everyone has their own life outside of the office. This is a good thing for work/life balance, but it would be great to have a little more camaraderie in general.
