Pros
The only benefit I can think of was being able to come in on a Saturday and wash your car/work on it using the facilities on site, but by the time you weigh in the **** this company would put you through it doesn’t even come close!! You also meet a couple of really great people working there who would genuinely have your back.
Cons
You’re pushed to do the work of three people for minimum wage, there’s no teamwork ethos there, so if you mess up you’re on your own. The management seemed like they were constantly out to get me and talking behind my back. Issues within the workplace aren’t dealt with well, if at all. I feel like I wasted over a year of my life being chewed up and spit back out by this company. We came under new management whilst I was on annual leave, and I was in work for TWO DAYS trying to adjust to the new manager’s completely different standards. They then fired me and a colleague for not being good enough, basically - the previous manager never had any issue with our work. Also for the year and a half both my co-worker and I had been there, the only uniform they provided us with were 2 polo shirts. They’d then complain if both of them happened to be in the wash and we were wearing normal clothes.
