- Increasingly expanding both organically and with new acquisitions - Firm is still small enough that you can pitch any idea and if it gets approval can move forward with it. - Little downtime as typically there is lots of work - Great access to Partners - Opportunities are there to take more and more ownership of your work streams, if you want to.

- Diversity could do with improving but I know they're working on it. - Some benefits lag behind larger firms (such as paternity leave and study allowance).
