      Stable work environment, free meals often, great people for the most part.

      Cons

      Parasitic leadership that is holding it back. Terrible Review process, poor communication or none from the top.

      Good benefits, enjoyable work ethic, lots of opportunity if willing to travel / relocate. Nationwide geographical spread with expansion coming up bringing new challenges

      Cons

      Sometimes slow to make decisions due to corporate structure. Lacks some of the agility of a smaller organization, something we need to embrace
