3yThank you for taking time to leave a review. We are concerned that you aren't able to list any pros about working with us. We seek to be a competitive employer and believe our leave and pay policies are among the best when compared with our peers. Although our pay rates are set according to our contracts and the Department of Labor, whenever it is possible, we increase pay rates on an annual basis and most of our tenured employees exceed the minimum required by the Service Contract Labor Standards (formerly known as the Service Contract Act). Paid time off is typically no less than 28 days, with the majority of recently hired employees receiving a minimum of 7 sick days, 10 vacation days, and 11 holidays.
