      Pros

      Workplace culture defines everything. It's been more then 15 months working with FSTONE , I would say that Team Support, Culture, and Supportive Management are the best part.

      Cons

      Nothing as of now, if any issues comes, it gets sorted out. Management value the employee and every small hiccups are being addressed well manner.

      Good Benefits, always pays on time

      Only allow you to work 40 hours /week, its good but this should be situational :)

      Very good environment, supportive team members, lead & Managers. Good for someone who is looking to grow with COmpany.

      Cons

      would be great if more benefits can be added for India employees
