Good if you know nothing about video editing, and if you want some extra experience to add to your CV with little effort. Great to do during studies or alongside a part-time job.

Not very good at teaching people things, they have no time to do so and simply want you to work. Very few members of staff seem to care about you, and it feels like you're being used rather than being invested in considering you're not being paid a decent amount. (Only travel expenses) Tasks are very mundane, content is difficult to create if you don't really know or care about pop culture. £5 a week is a terrible reimbursement if you don't live within 30 minutes from the office by public transport.
