Under the Wako Diagnostics there are massive problems in almost every area. Management (Sales) is highly unsupportive. The business is fragmented and employees are overworked and unsupportive. Things at FujiFilm US are not good. The prospects working for the company is dire. Human Resources are slow to address issues and are not adept in handling many issues. Resources are very thin with very little support. Revenues are difficult to achieve. This company is an absolute train wreck in so many levels and should be avoided at all cost. Employee turnover is very, very high. Discrimination is high; training is sparse and/or nonexistent. The company could be so much more profitable; it’s a shame some talent is wasted or underutilized.
