The technology is outdated, and innovation has largely stalled. Many projects are poorly planned and consistently miss delivery timelines, sometimes by years. Compensation and benefits are well below market, especially given the expectations and workload. Leadership is highly unprofessional and lacks strategic vision. Decision-making often feels reactive and disconnected from reality. Promotions and opportunities are driven by personal relationships, not performance or impact, which is demoralizing for high performers. There is little genuine care for employees. Morale is low, and trust in leadership is weak. HR functions more as an extension of executive power than as employee support—often perceived as protecting leadership rather than people.
