Pros

I got the opportunity to lead projects and contribute to Company's Growth directly

Cons

My experience was challenging. However, the reason for this review is how the company's Senior Employees misrepresenting employment facts following my departure. Despite chosing to leave the company willingly, the company's Senior Employee has propagated false information claiming I was requested to leave. This demonstrates a willingness to bend the truth for the reason best known to him, at the expense of a former employee's professional reputation. If you are considering working here, I would advise you to consider other aspects of the work culture or management they might misrepresent.

Pros

Sonosite deserves credit for creating and popularizing the POCUS category in healthcare.

Cons

The technology is outdated, and innovation has largely stalled. Many projects are poorly planned and consistently miss delivery timelines, sometimes by years. Compensation and benefits are well below market, especially given the expectations and workload. Leadership is highly unprofessional and lacks strategic vision. Decision-making often feels reactive and disconnected from reality. Promotions and opportunities are driven by personal relationships, not performance or impact, which is demoralizing for high performers. There is little genuine care for employees. Morale is low, and trust in leadership is weak. HR functions more as an extension of executive power than as employee support—often perceived as protecting leadership rather than people. Routine layoffs have become part of the culture, creating constant insecurity and fear, even among strong contributors.
