None The worst company ever

None management is awful Has no respect for his employees

Other than some great teammates, there are no pros to working here

Micro management, absentee owner, dysfunctional relationships at the highest level, inability to retain staff, no incentives to stay longterm, hybrid working and 25 days annual leave is only on offer to a certain two employees. There is no sick pay so unless you are the lucky hybrid worker, you will lose money when you become ill which with Covid, is inevitable. They offer no pay rises, not even in line with inflation. Management has an inability to understand what a role entails and constantly insults your intelligence, with BS. In less than 3 years, there were 2 wrongful dismissal cases, found in favour of the employees.
