      It’s a job that pays money

      Cons

      Leadership is the worst I have ever had to deal with. No direction, zero goals/aspirations, but still extremely harsh criticism & punishment if progress is not made. If you want to feel like a number instead of a human/person, this is where that happens.

      Pros

      Watching your bosses talk in the break room for hours then leave early.

      Cons

      .Salary workers do not usually work over 40 hours .Hourly workers are basically forced to be part time. .No raises for the past two years. .fired a bunch of people and made Hourly employees do more work for same pay while salary workers just chill in their office.
