Pros

Reluctant to disclose my job title due to the small staff size. Just want to share our experiences and hope to help someone who reads this. I strongly advise staying away from this company.

Cons

The lady boss possesses an impressive skill in interviews, enticing individuals to join the company with numerous attractive reasons. However, once you're on board, the facade quickly dissipates. While she maintains a pleasant demeanor during the first week, her true nature emerges, often resulting in scoldings and unwarranted criticisms. The company heavily relies on interns but expects them to perform at the level of full-time employees. Consequently, the turnover rate is alarmingly high, with new hires entering and exiting practically every week. It's rare for any staff to last more than half a year. The management style is excessively micro-managed, and overtime is virtually unlimited. When questioned about staff departures, excuses are made in a seemingly pleasant manner, attributing reasons like wanting to return hometown or family issues. In reality, many leave because of the management. Beware of this company. Do not trust any positive reviews posted on any platform; I suspect they are not written by genuine employees.

Pros

I've had a great time here and believe I've had a significant influence. It's motivating to be a part of the team as they're constantly searching for fresh and original answers to issues.

Cons

In order to adapt to shifting priorities, we may need to think quickly.

Pros

FY Ads is a company with a lot of potential. There are some great learning opportunities, and management genuinely cares about professional development. However, there is a lot of pressure to meet targets, and sometimes it can feel a bit stressful. If you're someone who thrives in a high-pressure environment, this could be a great place for you. The pay and benefits are competitive, and the team culture is fun and engaging. Just be ready to hustle if you join.

Cons

The organization is, in my opinion, an absolute delight to be a part of.
