Pros

Great patients and clinical staff to work with; good starting out experience

Cons

Low pay; management has created a culture of not respecting their employees; only worried about money and “patient care” but not the people that take care of their patients; Let go of dozens of long term employees during the pandemic without any kind of compensation (no PTO paid, no severance) when they know they have no chance of getting another job, not even a follow up after; value profits over people

FYZICAL Response

The pandemic has forced companies across the US to make difficult and heartbreaking decisions when it comes to their workforce, and we understand your frustrations during these difficult times. Layoffs are never an easy decision and we hope to engage former team members as our locations are able to carry full patient loads again. We aim to ensure the wellness for both our patients and our team members, and we are disappointed to hear you feel we did not achieve that goal. Each center is independently owned and operated, but your experience here is important to us as we continue to grow and we appreciate your feedback. While there are many unknowns ahead of us, we want to assure our current and former employees we are doing our best in this difficult time and we are all in this together.

Pros

Flexible hours, teamwork, coworkers become like friends and family. I’ve worked in healthcare my entire career, and this is by far my favorite position I’ve held. From the day of my interview, I knew this was where I wanted to be and was genuinely excited about the opportunity to join the team. The owners are open-minded to new ideas and supportive of growth, and everyone shares the same goal of helping as many patients as possible. The collaboration between all three disciplines (PT/OT/ST) really encourages teamwork, and as a result, coworkers quickly become close. It’s a very supportive environment where everyone lifts each other up. I truly look forward to continuing to grow alongside this company and am excited to see what the future holds!

Cons

Wish I lived a little bit closer to the clinic, but my teammates and patients make it worth it!

Pros

Quite honestly, the only pro was two amazing builders that I met.

Cons

Complete bait and switch when it comes to compensation, bonuses benefits, and culture of company. Scientology beliefs they’re highly enforced and any negative comments about the company or the owners is not tolerated. Therapist are rewarded for seeing as many patients as possible within a day CCS. Are judged based on how many patients they can actually get to schedule which honestly falls on the company itself not the person being forced to ha ask them to make appointments. Bonuses are advertise as part of compensation however, various departments are consistently told that the structure has not been yet developed. One of the owners himself has greatly enforced “B plus work and out the door”. Questionable, legal and ethical handling of patient’s records and billing practices.. quantity over quality is enforced. In the 20 years, I’ve worked in medical billing, I have never in my life worked for two owners that view, patient care the way that they do. That is saying a lot since I’ve never worked for a company that treats children with autistic and developmental disabilities. I stayed for two months before I quit and in that time 24 therapist and 3 administrative employees quit. Not one person left with a good thing to say about the company or the owners.
