Pros

Excellent free resources such as FYZICAL College; vestibular programs are unique and effective; good equipment in clinic, especially the overhead harness; one on one treatments; manageable caseload; good compensation and opportunity to earn bonuses; great team aside from management;

Cons

WebPT; management; inconsistent hours; favoritism; no benefits; management somehow goes between micromanaging to being completely clueless; awful communication on matters that significantly affect clinicians such as reimbursement or change in hours; clinic owner does not care about employee's wellbeing, only the clinic productivity and being able to go on vacation

FYZICAL Response

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear that the many benefits provided to the FYZICAL network were positive experiences for you. We are very proud of the vestibular programs, the overhead rail system and the one-on-one treatment model offered in our practices. Each independently owned clinic has its own unique benefit offerings, management style and culture. We are disheartened to learn that your experience in one of our independent practices fell short of your expectations. We appreciate your thoughtful review, and welcome you to consider FYZICAL in your future career endeavors.

Pros

Flexible hours, teamwork, coworkers become like friends and family. I’ve worked in healthcare my entire career, and this is by far my favorite position I’ve held. From the day of my interview, I knew this was where I wanted to be and was genuinely excited about the opportunity to join the team. The owners are open-minded to new ideas and supportive of growth, and everyone shares the same goal of helping as many patients as possible. The collaboration between all three disciplines (PT/OT/ST) really encourages teamwork, and as a result, coworkers quickly become close. It’s a very supportive environment where everyone lifts each other up. I truly look forward to continuing to grow alongside this company and am excited to see what the future holds!

Cons

Wish I lived a little bit closer to the clinic, but my teammates and patients make it worth it!

Pros

Quite honestly, the only pro was two amazing builders that I met.

Cons

Complete bait and switch when it comes to compensation, bonuses benefits, and culture of company. Scientology beliefs they’re highly enforced and any negative comments about the company or the owners is not tolerated. Therapist are rewarded for seeing as many patients as possible within a day CCS. Are judged based on how many patients they can actually get to schedule which honestly falls on the company itself not the person being forced to ha ask them to make appointments. Bonuses are advertise as part of compensation however, various departments are consistently told that the structure has not been yet developed. One of the owners himself has greatly enforced “B plus work and out the door”. Questionable, legal and ethical handling of patient’s records and billing practices.. quantity over quality is enforced. In the 20 years, I’ve worked in medical billing, I have never in my life worked for two owners that view, patient care the way that they do. That is saying a lot since I’ve never worked for a company that treats children with autistic and developmental disabilities. I stayed for two months before I quit and in that time 24 therapist and 3 administrative employees quit. Not one person left with a good thing to say about the company or the owners.
