The CEO and senior team members spend a lot of one-on-one time with new hires, teaching the art and science of marketing and advertising. The work is fun and varied, always offering something new to learn and try. The company operates as a tight-knit family business with family values, relying on morals and ethics as a backbone for difficult business decisions. Cons
Most people aren't a good fit for the company. The work is very highbrow and can be very technical, most new hires aren't able to synthesize concepts for 6-12 months, resulting in a lack of efficiency and high turn over rates of new hires. You need to put in the effort, brain power, and work to stick around—lazy doesn't cut it here. Additionally, the workload is incredible. While this ebbs and flows, when the agency is busy, it's a lot of overtime. Get ready to strap on your boots and earn your place to work here.
