Great work environment, with lots of room to grow within the company, company offers good pay, benefits such as (401K, paid federal holiday pay, holiday pay, vacation pay, BONUSES)

I do not have any complaints

There are not Pros working there. If you don't have any other option this place is perfect for you.

There is not life balance, no good benefits, insurance is not 100% company paid, to get 401k need to stay working a long period of time. Company owner and managers are micromanaging always and blaming other people for their mistakes. You will never get the money they offer for the positions listed, There are always excuses to underpay you and make you work 50+ hours a week at least (salary position) with no sense. Bonuses they offer depends on the company owner mood and if you like him or not.
