No future, bad pay, bad raises, I was hired as a lead , my job was to raise production, which I did in two weeks, from 16 cabinets a day to 23, my boss was then demoted and I was not only running the dept but the warehouse, but only had a lead title and pay. They have the good old boys way of thinking.
