In case of disputes with the team or colleagues, I believe it's good to solve it internally and move ahead instead of keeping grudges. That's what has kept me going until now.

Fix working hour, flexibility, skilled employees

Owners does not have open door policy, not approachable and rarely interact with employees. There is no proper finance team and HR. Unfair with leaves and off. No proper SOP, stuck at being a startup. Salary not given on time, business is on a huge loss due to which there is high attrition.
