Recently, HR team acquired a Nintendo Switch 2 in the office, and it’s become a great way to relax—nothing beats a friendly Mario Kart race with colleagues at lunchtime. On top of that, the variety of team-building activities shows how much the company values culture, teamwork, and employee well-being. These activities genuinely help strengthen relationships and keep morale high.
