Coworkers (not senior management) are amazing people who should be invested into. Not treated as the way they are.

Revolving door of senior management who don’t get to know the employees and change rules and expectations constantly. Have seen over 15 people quit in the past year. Says women empowered/women friendly - not. Do not give raises when appropriate. Do not encourage company morale. Does not provide support No stability No room for growth but this is promised during hiring Not a long term career choice Owner/president has no sense of business ethics or practices & blames employees for her mistakes and decisions You constantly have to protect yourself. Expect to do things outside of your job description that you are not comfortable doing Poor compensation
