The leadership also fosters a culture of trust and encourages new ideas, making it a place where people genuinely enjoy coming to work every day.

Resources can be limited, which sometimes means tighter budgets, fewer tools, or smaller teams handling a wide range of tasks. Career growth opportunities may also be less structured compared to larger organizations, requiring more initiative and flexibility from employees.
