1. There's absolutely no micro-management in this company. You are given your space to do your work. 2. The company hosts a culture of learning and becoming better together. Every person in the company is encouraged to share their experience and knowledge with everyone around. 3. Everyone in the company feels like they are accountable and that their opinion matters. This gives everyone a feeling of ownership and great push to do great work and learn new things simultaneously. 4. An open work culture. The founders are very empathetic. Any issue faced by any employee is given utmost priority and is dealt with immediately.
