Great company - PA Face For Business Employee Review

After coming from a toxic workplace, what a treasure! I started in November and was welcomed with open arms and invited on the Christmas night out which immediately made me feel one of the team. The Owner made a point of introducing himself to me which made me feel a lot less intimated by a such an already close knit work place. The in office events such as Christmas PJ Day and the valentines day quiz make the work place enjoyable, happy and upbeat. I have the most amazing support from my Lead PA which has helped my confidence grow daily. I used to get nervous going to work, now I get excited not knowing what they day will bring! xx

For the first time ever, I have no Cons about where I work. Obviously some days are busier than others and you may get the odd upset/ angry person on the phone for the company they are ringing but that is what it is like when you work with the general public.

The senior management do so much to show employees their value. Examples of this would be ‘staff appreciation day’ in addition to celebrating regular wins for both staff and the company. Team meetings are as much about sharing information and ideas as they are about business strategy. I believe that the director knows that a happy staff force produces the best quality service. In my opinion, I’ve never been so happy or fulfilled as I have working here.

I’ve never worked somewhere so in touch with employee well-being. Everything I could possibly think to recommend- they’re already doing it or it’s in the works.
