Pros

Three things are absolutely wonderfull; 1) Diversity of Projects is amazing 2) Company Technical Equipment is phenomenal 3) Company offered lunch is amazing

Politics, favouritism and grouping. In my tenure, I was specifically told to "Not make or form any groups and try to operate as one whole unit and team". I understood it and tried my best to follow it through but eventually I saw the same person who told me this, doing the exact same thing. Privacy means nothing at the company. Politics are a norm that cause frustration. backstabbing is common. A prime example for the well known proverbial phrase "Good Cop, Bad Cop" can be experienced at the company. All of this is or may not be visible in the beggining but you spend some time and you experience stuff and eventually all of it adds up to the frustration. I really hope and pray that they somehow come up with a solution for these issues because from a company's stand point, It really could be a wonderfull place to work at. I can get into the nitty gritty of it all but I believe in the good thats out there and in hope that no matter who it is, they can change for the better. Only fact is that, Face44 needs to consider and act on this positive change as soon as they can.
