Volunteering with FIND allowed me to gain hands-on experience managing real-world data, which significantly strengthened my data-handling and organizational skills. Through this role, I contribute to meaningful work by supporting job seekers worldwide in accessing remote opportunities that can transform their careers. I also developed proficiency with data-entry platforms, documentation systems, and database management tools, all of which enhanced both my technical abilities and my confidence in working within a structured, mission-driven environment.

One challenge I experience in this role is that the tasks can become repetitive at times, which is expected given the nature of data entry work. Nonetheless, these challenges helped me build resilience, self-discipline, and a stronger sense of responsibility in a remote work environment.

Honestly, working here has been such a good experience. The diversity is amazing, you get to meet and work with new people from different countries and everyone brings something different to the table. I love the flexibility, too. I can work at my own pace without feeling stressed or micromanaged, which is chef’s kiss. It’s just a chill, positive environment where you can actually enjoy what you’re doing.
