Pros
They do have some nice employees, lower down on the todem pole, that work and do their job. You have to learn things on your own, there is no training or support from upper management, might be a pro for some people if they enjoy working alone. That's where the pros stop.
Cons
FSG mistreats their employees and other businesses they do work with. Upper managements ego's are through the roof, to the detriment of their own company and their relationship with others. My time FSG, although short, exposed me to everything that is wrong with their business model. They are disorganized, corrupt, and immoral. The partners, especially in their Perth Amboy location, are incompetent and unprofessional.
