      Management will burn you out to the point of almost resignation and JUST then will they either promote you or give you a raise

      No one ever notices if you arrive late or leave early Good Health Insurance for most things

      Cons

      Management is incompetent and out of touch Men are overpaid and women are underpaid No accountability. No direction. No guidance. Little to no raises. Everyone gets the same raise no matter if they show up to work or not.
