These people cannot think and write proper email/provide solutions to simple problems. They are left on employees to cause them problems instead of helping solve problems Many talented, hardworking and honest people left from HRBP because of this internal scam These people don't work for employees, but act as henchmen and sidekicks for few people How can someone who is not capable of managing and working with their own team members is eligible to counsel and help larger population in company? How can someone who doesn't have basic communication skills and IQ can think and provide solutions to problems? People like this become ERBP/Payroll senior managers/associate directors and directors in this company Stop salary raises/demote these people, but they do not leave the company. There are multiple reasons for this: they established dirty syndicate of incompetent people. They are leeches and parasites, who feed of others, and cannot stand on their legs. they are used to freebees from the company and keep looting
