Benefits are pretty good overall. I love working for my manager. While we are busy, it is balanced with a fun atmosphere. There is an Events team that plans special events every month or two for the whole company.
Cons
Some growing pains as the company expands so quickly, but this is a "good" con, so to speak. There is no 401K matching right now. It would be really nice to see this.
