Pros

- You work with passionate people who care about what they do - Thats about it.

Cons

Working here is incredibly demoralizing. You’re constantly blamed for problems caused by poor leadership and disorganization. Instead of supporting the team, management points fingers and publicly criticizes people for things outside their control. The turnover rate is alarming. People either burn out or get pushed out for speaking up or disagreeing with how things are run. They never stop hiring Product Designers because they have to keep up with the number of people who go on burn out leave or get fired (simply because they speak up for themselves or disagree with how terribly things are managed internally). Leadership often takes credit for the hard work of others while offering little recognition or support in return. There’s no consistency, no real strategy, and constant changes that make it impossible to measure progress. Somehow, it’s always the employees’ fault for not “adapting fast enough.” The company glorifies overwork, and those who stay late or cozy up to management are the ones who get ahead. Creativity isn’t valued, career growth is nonexistent (Promotions are only given to whoever is friendly with management or those who work more than 40h a week), and the whole culture revolves around appearances rather than genuine results or respect for people. I felt like I constantly had to watch over my back. If you are interviewing with them, don't believe the lies they tell you. Reach out to other team members on Linkedin and ask what is really going on in there. Only then will you get the full picture.

Pros

Peopeo are amazing to work with

Cons

Management in the US is really poor. They claim to have strategies, but they keep changing them, so there's no solid direction. Regarding compensation, it feels like they're just squeezing employees to hit quotas. The longer I work here, the more I feel like an intern without a clear career path. They always push us to move fast, using the excuse of being a startup, but it just shows they don't have a good plan for the US market. Please learn how to be a good leader instead of just pushing and pressuring us. I've never seen such poor management.
