Pros
work from home, great people, good benefits
Cons
Opportunities to grow into a well rounded developer weren't great. Mentoring was not great compared to other places I've worked. It can be hard to mentor anyone, especially when you already have a ton on your plate, but after taking a year off to study software development at the masters level, I can see all the missed opportunities on learning more advanced topics which could've benefited my career sooner. Simply showing someone a tool that requires more experience or understanding of advanced concepts and supplying resources with real examples would go a long way for the younger people who work here. You should always be ready to take your own initiative, but also remember that when you're less experienced, it's not so obvious what directions to go even with google.
