The company recently got acquired by a reputable company. It will be a challenge to turn the firm into a good place to be employed.
Cons
The place was so mismanaged for the last few years. When our President left the heart dropped from the company. The character dropped. The drive left. The Corporate controlling few were despicable people. When the company was purchased they got put out to pasture but the damage may be irreversible.
