Poor internal coordination derailed productivity and made every project harder than it should be - Sales Fair Harbor Employee Review

Pros

The only positive was that the internal communication platform worked smoothly, even if the communication itself didn't.

Cons

The most frustrating aspect was how little alignment existed between departments. Decisions were made without notifying the people affected, updates were withheld until problems surfaced, and projects stalled because no one had the same information. Instead of building a cohesive team, leadership allowed fragmented communication to slow everything down. This lack of unity left employees fixing confusion that could've been prevented with basic organization.

Pros

The branding looks nice, I'll give them that.

Cons

I still remember how excited I was when I got the offer. The way they talked about creativity, growth, and purpose made it sound like the dream job I'd been waiting for. But the moment I started, everything fell apart. Leadership couldn't stick to a single decision for more than a day, and I'd redo the same project three times because someone changed their vision. Feedback was vague, sometimes completely contradictory, and it left me feeling like I was chasing approval that never came. The people in charge acted like industry experts, but most of them had no idea what they were doing, and we were the ones cleaning up the mess. It got to a point where I'd dread checking my emails because it usually meant another reversal or blame game. They talk a big game about sustainability and values, but behind the scenes, it's all just clever marketing.
