Pros

- Nice office - WFH Monday/Fridays mostly respected

Cons

- No consistent strategies for growth. Inconsistent points-of-view on future of the brand - Leadership at the top is extremely manipulative and untrustworthy - Cofounders struggle with basic professionalism, self-awareness, and general communication - Lots of micromanaging & difficult personalities across all leadership positions - General disregard for company culture and overall retention. More than 10 people quit & 15 people were let go over the past few years (at a 15-30 person company this is a huge portion). No HR to care about these issues - Do not recommend working here in any capacity - biggest regret of my career was working for them, save yourself if you can

Pros

The branding looks nice, I'll give them that.

Cons

I still remember how excited I was when I got the offer. The way they talked about creativity, growth, and purpose made it sound like the dream job I'd been waiting for. But the moment I started, everything fell apart. Leadership couldn't stick to a single decision for more than a day, and I'd redo the same project three times because someone changed their vision. Feedback was vague, sometimes completely contradictory, and it left me feeling like I was chasing approval that never came. The people in charge acted like industry experts, but most of them had no idea what they were doing, and we were the ones cleaning up the mess. It got to a point where I'd dread checking my emails because it usually meant another reversal or blame game. They talk a big game about sustainability and values, but behind the scenes, it's all just clever marketing.
