Feedback was vague, sometimes completely contradictory, and it left me feeling like I was chasing approval that never came. The people in charge acted like industry experts, but most of them had no idea what they were doing, and we were the ones cleaning up the mess. It got to a point where I'd dread checking my emails because it usually meant another reversal or blame game. They talk a big game about sustainability and values, but behind the scenes, it's all just clever marketing.
