Most of the people that work here are fairly reasonable and nice.
Cons
There are alot of cut corners/regulations that arent up to par, the kitchen is held to a low standard that residents complain about but nothing is ever done about it. Was promised a pay rise to 20 at 3 months but it never happened. I heard about lack of staff from other departments resulting in being overworked/ possibly not the greatest care for residents. Knives are constantly dull due to the owner not willing to pay for the service and fix certain appliances that the maintenance director believes he can fix it himself but only gets it half working. They allow only a certain level of care but pull in more clients that are above what they can care for, so med techs and caregivers have to try or refuse to accommodate for a resident that they dont have the skills to perform. When there are outbreaks of norovirus or covid there are no prevention measures taken and allow sick residents to be in the dining room and get 30+ people sick not including staff.
