The benefits package is great for this area with paid time off, insurance including options to purchase dental , vision, additional Life insurance and Legal assistance at a low cost and wages are comparable to the wages in other factories in our area.This is a good Family owned business and we are more like family here than co-workers!! We are a TEAM and all try to work together to keep our customers happy so that we continue to be "Your Signal Solution"
Cons
Being a small group in Flat Rock, there is no FMLA but we do have short term disability insurance that Fair-Rite provides to take the place of the FMLA in times of need when time off is needed for an injury or surgery..etc.
