      Pros

      I loved working at FWF. The company environment and the people were a delight, and the shared passion for the mission really transpired in the job. Everyone was incredibly supportive and cooperative and the work relationships went beyond colleagues and I could really see how everyone cared for each other personally.

      Cons

      Some processes were very time consuming because of how many people had to be contacted and consulted before being able to act.

      Pros

      Passionate, friendly and dedicated colleagues; space for everyone to contribute equally (mostly flat organisation); a lot of autonomy in your work; flexible work; strong support for good work/life balance; management that really cares about you as a whole.

      Cons

      A lot of autonomy in your work is just not for everyone. Some people like a hierarchy, more structure and clean instructions from bosses. If that is the case, Fair Wear is probably not the organisation for you.

      -High employee turnover rate -Knowledge and skills level is low -Some level of favoritism and nepotism -Past reports of bullying from management -Ambition does not match the capacity or skills in-house -Often no one knows who is responsible for projects/activities and no one wants to be accountable for nothing
