Uninspiring work environment. Poor management, especially at the manager, assistant director, and director level. Anaemic regulator with limited impact.

Wrongly advertised job description from the start. Did not anywhere mention that it is a high volume back to back call centre and has rotating roster. All they said was flexible start time but did not anywhere mention that what they mean as flexible is actually a rotating roster.
Unrealistic KPIs especially with the amount of information that we needed to know and read to be able to give advice to customers.
High level of favouritism in the team and management was very highly unprofessional. This is an understatement.
Had a few instances of bullying and harassment and did take it up to HR with evidence who also did very little about the situation.
Overall it was a nightmare and definitely would not recommend customer service department- Advice and Education branch to anyone.
