      Culture is very good, flexible work arrangements, the bosses do give you a lot of autonomy and the benefits are great.

      Cons

      You do get stretched when it comes to workload at times, everyone is double-hatting honestly but i think it is still not too bad.

      A very good environment to learn, grow and put your learning to good use.

      Cons

      Very slow career progression. 4 years and counting but no promotions at all, despite having met KPIs set.
