At times it feels like certain voices are not heard or valued the same, which creates a really uncomfortable environment. Overall, there needs to be more accountability, better communication, and a genuine commitment to supporting all employees equally.

Upper management has little respect for employees and is generally not concerned about quality of products or employee satisfaction. Profit seems to be the main motivator, and they will do whatever is necessary to cut corners. It is also nearly impossible to get any response from management despite numerous emails, texts and phone calls.
