The work culture is truly wonderful! Everyone is so polite and professional, it's great to be surrounded by different people all united by the same goal: to help others! I really appreciate that people of all skill and education levels are given the opportunity to thrive here. FRC has also recently gone through some positive policy changes and each day we see more reassuring feedback from patients and employees alike. I am confident that this company is continuing to take measurable steps in the right direction.

Not FRC's fault, but the Radiologist and Technologist shortage has hit the industry hard. While FRC went to great lengths to address this issue, it still takes longer than everyone would like to reach a satisfying resolution.
