      Pros

      Lively team - recession proof - entry level - better benefits than other companies I've worked for - I genuinely like this job

      Cons

      A lot of drama and gossip between the more senior front desks, especially if there is a new hire. management is off hands, which is fine in some cases but when we need them for pt care it's hard to reach them however in other cases management can be a bit micro manage. If you are not like them or do what the want, then you can be replaced socially - kind of like high school. There is no way to advance after front desk.

      Pros

      The work culture is truly wonderful! Everyone is so polite and professional, it's great to be surrounded by different people all united by the same goal: to help others! I really appreciate that people of all skill and education levels are given the opportunity to thrive here. FRC has also recently gone through some positive policy changes and each day we see more reassuring feedback from patients and employees alike. I am confident that this company is continuing to take measurable steps in the right direction.

      Cons

      Not FRC's fault, but the Radiologist and Technologist shortage has hit the industry hard. While FRC went to great lengths to address this issue, it still takes longer than everyone would like to reach a satisfying resolution.
