There can be a lot of overtime but you get paid for it

The leaders are very inclusive, understanding and make it a practice to make decisions based on best business practices. The compensation is in line with the market, health benefits, and great vacation opportunities. I would definitely refer someone to work here. The company is growing at a steady pace and it is very exciting to be a part of a culture where everyone is valued and respected.

My personal challenge is with managing the time that I have to get everything done. This is not a con of the company though. The good thing about the company is that as it grows, they are willing to restructure to reduce the workload and take care of their employees.
